Game Features

• Based off of the Avengers movies (particularly Infinity War & Endgame)
• In-game scoring where you can keep track as teams add, remove, and change stones from their gauntlets
• Four different ways teams can collect stones
• Extra notes on how to play and edit the PowerPoint are included in "Notes" section
• Only works with PowerPoint 2013 or later - earlier versions have issues with the scoring and questions resetting

How to Play

• Divide students into 2-6 teams.
• The team options are as follows: Team 1 - Captain America, Team 2 - Black Panther, Team 3 - Black Widow, Team 4 - Iron Man, Team 5 - Starlord, Team 6 - Thor
• For this game, the goal is for teams to try to collect all 6 Infinity Stones.
• First, a team chooses a letter or number and answers the question/completes the task on the corresponding slide.
• If they are correct, they can go to a reward slide where they have the chance to get one or two Infinity Stones to add to their gauntlet.
• The first team to get all six stones wins!
• VERY IMPORTANT, make sure you use the in-game hyperlinks to switch between slides - don't click or press the arrow keys or space bar - or you will reset the scoring and question-choosing pages. I have more information about this in the notes sections of each slide as well as further instructions on how to play the game.

Variations

If you don't want the game to be over once one team collects all six stones, here are 3 other ideas of how the game can proceed:

• Once a team collects all six stones, they are out for the rest of the game, so they don’t have to answer anymore questions.
• Once a team collects all six stones, they are out for the time being, so they don’t have to answer anymore questions, but other teams can still steal and exchange stones with them. In which case, they are back in the game if they lose any stones.
• Once a team collects all six stones, they continue to play and answer questions with the possibility that they can still lose stones. In which case, I think the team(s) that has/have collected all the stones/the most stones by the end of the game is/are the winner(s).
