Jaws Jitter Jotting - Category Challenge

Think fast. Choose smart. Don't get eaten! Jaws Jitter Jotting is a fun, shark-themed PowerPoint classroom game that gets students practicing vocabulary, spelling, reading, grammar, and general knowledge while they try to keep their divers away from JAWS!

There's a category question at the top of each slide, with five possible answers represented by the divers. Students read the question, choose the answer they think is correct, and write it down. When the JAWS button is pressed, the shark swims in and eats some of the divers!

As the game progresses, the questions can become more challenging and JAWS will eat more divers, making it harder for students to predict which answer will survive. The student who chose the correct answer receives a point!

It's a fun way to practice ESL vocabulary, sentence comprehension, spelling, and writing while keeping students engaged and on their toes.

How it works:

• There's a category question at the top of each slide.

The Challenge Gets Harder!

At the beginning, the questions are easier and JAWS may only eat a small number of divers. As the game progresses, the questions become more challenging and JAWS eats more divers, increasing the excitement and challenge.

Students must use their knowledge, reading skills, and logical thinking to choose the correct answer before JAWS strikes!
