What is this?

Trivia tests the student’s knowledge by giving hints for the student to guess the word.

Game details:

Level: Elementary / Video duration: 4:45 / # of questions: 11

Teaching points:

Key sentence: “What do we use to…”

Vocabulary words based on body parts. Encouraged to teach/review vocabulary words before starting activity.

To add time, include additional questions such as:

• T: What else can we do with our hands? What else can we do with our arms?

Static Answering:

Hand each student or team a white board, board marker, and an eraser.

Have students write or draw their answers on the boards and turn the boards face down when they are done. Right as the timer is about to end, pause the video and have students lift their boards up before pressing play on the video again to reveal the answer.

Point System:

Award points to correct answers Bonus points awarded to correct spelling..
